Synthesis and Study some new Schiff Bases Derived from Pyrazolo-Coumarin

چکیده

The research included the preparation and spectroscopic study of some Schiff's bases derived from pyrazolo-coumarin by using 3-acetylcumarin (1) as a starting material, which was prepared condensing Knoevenagel salicylaldehyde derivative with an aceto-methyl acetate compound pyridine catalyst. (3-Methyl 1-Substituted Pyrazolo[4,5-c] Coumarin) (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) were synthesized through reaction aqueous hydrazine in basic medium. When compounds reacted increase base medium Pyrazolo]4,5-c[1-Amino Quinoline-2-one) (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) replacing oxygen atom nitrogen to create ring, In this paper, Schiff are also reacting that contain free amino groups Benzaldehyde or its derivatives give (Substituted Benzylidene 1-Hydro/ Phenyl/ Amido/ Thiamido Pyrazolo[4,5-c])1-Amino (6a-e) - (9a-e). diagnosed investigated physical methods infrared (I.R) spectrum well proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) spectrum.
